On April 22 2025, your Oshkosh Council voted unanimously to urge the WI joint finance committee to fully fund the municipal services payment program in the 2025-2027 state budget. Full resolution below. This resolution was brought forth by City Manager Grill and staff, and would do wonders for our city if the state agrees to our ask.
